Change your exam appointment

You can change the date and time of your exam using the self-service portal.

You can also indefinitely postpone your exam, keeping your registration so you can select a new appointment later.

Cancel exam

If you no longer want to take the booked exam you can cancel your registration.

A new registration will be necessary if you want to take the exam later.

Contact support for other changes

You can also change other details of your exam, such as the exam language, a request for extra time or your personal information, by contacting support.
