Certified Scrum Practitioner - Agile Coach

The Agile Coach certification is the highest level of the Certified Scrum Practitioner ⤴ program by itedas ⤴. It focuses on knowing when and how Scrum can be successfully implemented across teams and organizations, going beyond individual team membership to a coaching perspective.

This level covers organizational readiness for Scrum adoption, change management, and the competencies needed to guide teams and leadership through an agile transformation.

A Certified Scrum Practitioner - Agile Coach is able to:

• Assess organizational readiness for Scrum adoption and identify structural impediments
• Guide teams and management through the transition to agile ways of working
• Coach multiple teams or departments and address cultural resistance to change
• Determine when and how to scale Scrum practices beyond a single team

The certification exam evaluates strategic understanding of Scrum application and the coaching competencies required to drive lasting organizational change.
