IREB CPRE Advanced Level (CPRE-AL) Requirements Elicitation
The CPRE Advanced Level Requirements Elicitation module builds on Foundation Level techniques and equips participants to efficiently identify, gather, and consolidate requirements from stakeholders and other sources. It covers advanced elicitation methods suited to complex project environments and diverse stakeholder groups.
Target audience
This module is suited for business analysts, requirements engineers, and product owners who are responsible for eliciting requirements in complex projects. Participants should hold a valid CPRE Foundation Level certificate.
Skills acquired
Holders of the CPRE AL Requirements Elicitation certificate:
- know advanced elicitation techniques beyond those covered at Foundation Level, such as ethnographic observation, prototyping, and structured requirements workshops,
- can select and apply elicitation techniques appropriate to the project context and stakeholder landscape,
- are able to consolidate requirements gathered from multiple sources and resolve conflicting inputs systematically.
Since July 1, 2022: The multiple-choice test and the written assignment are two self-contained exams, each with its own certificate at Advanced Level!
